Polarity

Polarity is a holistic treatment working to balance the existing energy within the body, taking into consideration diet, exercise and attitude to life. Working with the positive and negative currents flowing through the body, Polarity Therapy is very relaxing to receive.

Lyn and Graham Whiteman trained in Polarity Therapy with Masterworks International, who are now based in Southern Ireland.

We are in the South of England, Dorset, UK, Registered Trainers of Polarity Therapy, plus Polarity Intro workshops have been given by Lyn and Graham in Australia and New Zealand.

The Session

A deeply relaxing space from which the body has an opportunity to rebalance. The manipulations are extremely gentle and yet the benefits can be far reaching. Working lightly on the body through light comfortable clothing of natural fibres.

Many clients come with a variety of symptoms, although we listen to the client regarding symptoms, we are not treating these we are treating the whole person and will take into consideration all levels of the whole person.
