2 - Day - Introduction to ‘Art of Expansion’ with Lyn Whiteman

Have fun discovering your ‘creative self’ 10.00am to 4.30pm,  Saturday and Sunday

Has it been years since you have picked up a paintbrush? (and I don’t mean house painting)!  Is your creativity asking to be expressed – but you don’t feel you know how to begin?  Sometimes just getting over the first hurdle of being able to put paint to paper is enough to put some people off from even starting.

If this is you, then come along to a Painting Workshop with Lyn, to help you make a start, in an encouraging and supported environment.

Lyn is a Professional Artist, whose love of sharing creativity, knowledge and wisdom, goes hand in hand with a sensitive approach to feelings, helping to encourage your ‘creative self’.

The workshops are for men and women who wish to get in touch with their creativity, and an opportunity if they wish, to do some healing work in the process, leading to greater harmony and balance.

Lyn is very inspired by the book  ‘The Artists Way’ by Julia Cameron, and has subsequently recommended this book to many people over the past five years. Are you ready to start the creative process? Come and join in this two-day course, and who knows, you may start your own voyage of discovering your pure creative self!

The Workshops are based on the Elements of  Earth, Water, Fire and Air

The Fire element is responsible for the creative process, and the elements

In nature are all around us.  Immerse yourself in tranquillity, feel the essence of the water and the air around you as the breeze on your face.

Come along and experience getting back in touch with you natural state of balance and harmony.

Lyn is a trained Life coach/Workshop Facilitator, and has been working with creative workshops for nearly 25 years.  It is the encouragement and facilitation that is so important for those wishing to connect with their creativity, as it is not always easy to just ‘begin’.  Lyn holds the space for this to be able to happen, sounds simple but it is so necessary to have all the elements in place to allow the creative flow to happen. Wonderful work has been brought out from attending a day or two painting with Lyn!        Example:   Workshops

EARTH   -  Qualities of earth, earth colours, charcoal  - RED

WATER  – Qualities of water, using water and colours - ORANGE

AIR       – Qualities of Air,  - GREEN

FIRE      – Creativity, and different techniques - YELLOW

SPACE    - Space to be creative - BLUE

Along with her husband Graham, Lyn is Co-Founder of Neutral-Space Relaxation®,  and offer Day retreats whereby you can learn the art of relaxation, and be able to use these techniques with friends and family.
